Easy 30-Day Returns
We want you to love your home, and your purchases should bring comfort and style. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at yandesmond9@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to 390 Anne ST N, Barrie, ON L4N 7A4.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Your home deserves perfection! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, certain items **cannot be returned**, including:
- Personalized decor (custom-made prints, engraved items).
- Perishable home goods (candles, plants, essential oils).
- Personal care & cleaning items (eco-friendly soaps, reusable sponges).
- Hazardous materials & flammable liquids.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges for Home Decor Lovers
Looking to swap an item for something better suited to your space? The fastest way is to return the item first, and once accepted, place a new order for your desired product.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.
Like standard returns, the item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Hassle-Free Refunds
Once we receive & inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
